We’re excited to introduce a new feature that makes your workflows even more intuitive! Now, when you add a tooltip to a form field in the workflow setup, an information icon will appear in the workflow form. Users can simply hover over the icon to instantly view helpful details, ensuring clarity and reducing errors. This update ensures better clarity and guidance for users while filling out forms.
We have improved the comments section in workflow requests by displaying the user's first name along with their login ID. Previously, only the login ID was shown. This enhancement makes it easier to identify users in conversations, improving clarity and collaboration.
We have introduced the WhatsApp Activity Monitor in Cflow. This feature allows you to track WhatsApp messages sent from Cflow, including details such as the stage that triggered the message, request ID, response, date, and username. With this update, you gain better visibility into message usage and communication history within your workflows.
We have updated the approval process for requests approved via email. Previously, the system checked for mandatory fields before allowing status updates. Now, for the statuses Rejected, Pending, In Progress, On Hold, and Reassigned, the mandatory field check has been removed. This simplifies the process, allowing you to update these statuses directly from email without a mandatory check.
