Security Updates

We have added lot of security patches to this release, so this release addresses vulnerabilities and enhances the overall security of the application.

  • Improved backend processes ensure that all data is handled with the utmost security, reducing the risk of data breaches.
  • We have implemented regular security audits to continuously monitor and improve our security infrastructure. This proactive approach helps us stay ahead of potential vulnerabilities.

Automation - "Partial Match" option for Conditions

We are excited to announce a new enhancement to our workflow rules engine: the "Partial Match" feature. This feature allows you to search for specific patterns within your data. If the pattern is found, the condition will be considered successful, providing greater flexibility and accuracy in your workflow management.

Trigger Table in Workflow Rules Engine/Trigger

We are excited to announce a new feature in our workflow rules engine: the Trigger Table. This feature allows you to trigger the entire dataset from one table to another table in a different workflow. It enhances the efficiency of your workflow by streamlining data transfers and ensuring seamless integration across different processes.

Workflow Setup/Advanced/Trigger: Enhanced Lookup Configuration

We are excited to announce a new enhancement in our workflow setup. Previously, our lookup configuration only supported populating fields from the main section. With our latest update, You can now use the "Populate From: Main Section/Table" feature in the lookup configuration to populate the entire dataset from one table to another workflow using the lookup settings. This improvement provides greater flexibility and efficiency in managing your workflows.

Enhancements: Connect

We are excited to inform you about an enhancement to our "Connect" feature, designed to improve your user experience. The connect list is now grouped by workflow, making it easier for you to navigate. Additionally, we've added new details such as Request ID, Description, Event Name, Stage Name, and Rule Name.

The Event Name will help you identify the type of action, whether it's a Submit Request, Recall Request, On Form Load, or an Update a Field Value call. This enhancement provides a summarized view, enabling you to quickly and easily identify the connect details.

Few bug fixes and UI improvements

We update the Cflow platform as often as possible to make it faster and more reliable for you. This version includes a few bug fixes and performance improvements.
